    How fast can I activate my mobile plan after placing an order?

    You can activate your plan immediately using our online self-service portal. If you selected an eSIM, you will receive activation instructions right after checkout and can start using your service right away. If you chose a physical SIM, you will just need to wait for it to be delivered to your home before completing the quick online activation process.

    Do I need to unlock my phone before switching to Carry Telecom?

    No, you don’t need to worry about unlocking your device. Since December 2017, the CRTC (Canada’s telecom regulator) has required all mobile devices sold in Canada to be unlocked. As long as your phone is fully paid off with your previous provider, it is ready to use on our network right away. Just make sure your device is compatible with 4G LTE or 5G networks, insert your Carry Telecom SIM (or download your eSIM), and you are good to go!
