    How to Activate Your Mobile Plan

    Once your SIM is ready, you can activate your line yourself in just a few clicks — right from your Carry Telecom account. Whether you want to keep your current number or start fresh, the whole process is automatic.

    Log in to your account

    Go to www.carrytel.ca/login.aspx and sign in with your Carry Telecom email and password. This is the same account you used to order your mobile plan.

    Go to Activate Mobile Plan

    In the left-hand menu, open the Mobile section and click Activate mobile plan. You'll see your plan details and your activation options.

    Choose how you want your number

    Pick one of the two options below, then confirm. The system provisions your line instantly — there's nothing else you need to do.

    Transfer existing number

    Bring the number you already use over to Carry Telecom. Just enter your current number and provider — we handle the rest automatically.

    Get a new number

    Prefer a fresh start? Get a brand-new phone number with a local area code, assigned to your line right away.

    That's it — activation is automatic. Both options are handled by our system the moment you confirm. Most activations finish in under 5 minutes, and a number transfer typically completes within about 10–15 minutes. Keep your old service active until a transfer is complete.
